When adding new items to my wardrobe, I always look for staple pieces that are timeless as well as comfortable.

With fall in full swing, time has come to pull out my favorite long sleeve turtleneck.  I highly recommend this turtleneck! It is an amazing fit giving me enough room around my neck and being extremely comfortable. It also is a perfect length for a petite figure falling right at the waistline.

My favorite way to accessorize a black turtleneck is to add a gold necklace. The one featured in my photos is from Sawicki Atelier. It's a nice signature rose golden piece with my initial. This necklace really pops against the all black shirt.

For a particularly Parisian look, I layered this black turtleneck with a black single-breasted petite trench coat. I love how simple and comfortable this outfit is. Walking around the city all day, I find it extremely important to wear clothing that are both chic and practical.  I believe this particular outfit does both. To finalize the look I simply added darker denim slacks and comfortable booties.
