As many of you already know, belts are one of my favorite accessories.

For a petite it is important to emphasize the waist and to highlight your figure. I wore this dress to my first fashion show!  I wanted a belt that made this pleated little black dress fierce. This belt has metal intertwined for a more edgy look, while still portraying a classic style. I look for dresses that fall right at the knees. This is important because when you add a belt, it shortens the dress by an inch or two, depending on the material of the dress and the belt.  It was just an honor to be invited to this fashion show during fashion week.
