Blush Top and Jean Shorts
Every wardrobe needs staple pieces that you can style over and over again. One of those basic staple pieces is a solid pair of jean shorts. Like jeans, jean shorts can be paired with almost anything.
I stumbled upon these Blank Denim Jean shorts, I’ve always been a big fan of their jeans, so I figured why not order their jean shorts. I immediately became obsessed. They look great with just about anything I paired them with.
One of the most recent pairings was with this blush top from Comptoir Des Cotonniers. What I love about this blush top is you can wear it on several different occasions. It is formal enough to wear under a suit, or in my case to wear out and about casually in Paris. I tucked in the front of the shirt into my jean shorts to create a more fitting silhouette.
Sometimes when you wear a blush outfit you want to avoid wearing the same colored purse. I decided to pair this outfit with my favorite Rebecca minkoff quilted pink bag. The jean shorts added a light blue to the mix and the purse fell right at my hip with added a color contrast. I grabbed my favorite pair of stuart weitzman (cheaper version here) and I was ready for a day out!
