I find myself amongst many women who believe that blue is the most flattering and charming color.
I adore this vintage dress; the real stroke of genius was the added ruffle detail. Adding two different textures is one of my favorite things I look for when purchasing an outfit. I grabbed a skinny beige belt that complemented this gorgeous sapphire dress. This subtle addition brings the outfit together, causing any loose fitting ends to be safely tucked away.
