Petite Studio Review: High-end Clothing That Actually Fits Petite Women
As someone who is 4’11”, it’s always a challenge to find high-end chic petite clothing. If you are petite, you know exactly how difficult it is to find clothing that actually fits and is cute. I was extremely excited to discover Petite Studio —a brand made for petites, designed by a petite. Petite Studio creates, high-end chic clothing that fits petites. I was blown away with their quality, the effortlessly chic pieces, and how it fit perfectly.
About The Brand
In 2016, Jenny Wang-Howell launched Petite Studio, a brand dedicated to making fashionable, luxurious petite clothing. While Jenny runs creative, her husband, Matt, runs the business side. This dynamic duo, put together a creative team of real petites, found a production company, rented a SOHO showroom, and the rest is history. Today, Petite Studios is one of the fastest growing petite brands, which is why I was so eager to try their clothing.
Petite Studio impression and review of pieces ordered
I ordered 3 pieces from Petite Studio, a winter coat, a sweater, and a pair of pants. The first piece I tried on was my new camel colored winter coat called Allister Wool Coat in XXS. I was impressed with the detailing and the high quality. The Allister coat, is a timeless piece that you'll have in your closet for years. For this piece, I definitely recommend ordering a size down.
How gorgeous is this baby blue Paisley sweater? The Paisley Sweater is a cozy, staple piece that’s perfect for your wardrobe. I love the relaxed fit, and the balloon sleeve detailing. I decided to order this sweater in a XS as I was looking for a loose, relaxed fit. This sweater can be easily be styled with jeans or in a white skirts.
The last piece I styled was these wool blend pants. For me, pants are always the hardest thing to buy. I was immediately drawn to the Silas wool pants in charcoal because of their lower button on the side that makes it so easy to shorten the pants. For me, this roll was necessary, or otherwise the pants would have been too long. While the pants fit perfectly in the waist, if you want some wiggle room, I recommend sizing up.
*For size reference, I’m 4’11, 100 lbs, waist size 25, with broad shoulders.
The quality
Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of Petite Studio pieces, the pieces I purchased are luxurious, had impeccable craftsmanship, and uses high quality material that was both elegant and durable. I’m a firm believer in investing in high quality clothes and handbags that will last for years. Petite Studios directly aligns with my beliefs in quality over quantity when it comes to fashion.
Is Petite Studio worth the price?
In my opinion, I believe Petite Studio clothing is worth the price, if you are looking for high-end, chic, and well-made petite pieces. Their focus is to ensure that us petites feel confident and comfortable wearing clothing that was made for us.

Final Thoughts on Petite Studio
