Over 20 flights, 5 countries, hundreds of miles walked, and two years of use I’m here to tell you how the Zoe traveler stroller is holding up after 2 years. Just for reference, I live in NYC so I use my Uppababy stroller for my day to day use, I only use my Zoe stroller for traveling.

Wear and tear after 2 years

As one would expected the Zoe stroller has gone through it’s fair share of airport security checkpoints, cobblestone sidewalks in Paris, a quick trip to London, countless trips to visit my parents in the midwest, and even a few trips to the beach. With that being said, the Zoe traveler has taken a beating, the below basket has broken, there is a hole in the bottom of the basket due to the pole breaking and it dragging on the floor, my son chewed off most of the “leather belly bar so I removed that. Those are the major things that have broken over the years.

For reference, I have never used the cupholder.

Everything else is working great, it can easily be collapsed, the straps still work, and most importantly my son still loves being in it and taking a nap in the stroller when we are on the go.

Traveling with the Zoe Stroller

Zoe stroller review for traveling

Even though I have the Uppababy Cruz 2 for everyday use. I’ve only ever traveld with the Zoe Travel stroller. I do believe if I didn’t live in NYC, the Zoe Traveler Stroller or something similar would be great for everyday use, but being in the city I need something like the Uppababy.

The Zoe traveler stroller is extremely easy to travel with. As I mentioned, it’s a great small compact stroller that is wonderful for narrow European sidewalks, can handle cobblestone sidewalks, and it even leans back very far so your toddler can take a nap in the stroller.

My only complaint about it, is it’s not super easy to collapse and flick open when you need to use it again. Over the last 2 year I’ve gotten used to it, but when my son was young and couldn’t put him down it was very hard to do solo. This is something to keep in mind if you are considering purchasing this stroller.

Would I buy the stroller again?

Even with all the wear and tear, I would buy the Zoe traveler stroller again. With my son being 3 I don’t think think he will be using it for much longer especially because his feet now touch the ground and he can easily get out of it. The stroller was easy to travel with and I travel solo with my son quite often. One of the things I love about it, is that you can either check the stroller at the gate or put it in the overhead bin. I always checked it at the gate but it was a nice option to have.

Those are my thoughts of the Zoe Traveler stroller after 2 years of use. Would love to hear what travel stroller you use in the comments or are thinking about.
