With my anniversary just around the corner, I found myself searching for a ring that truly symbolizes this new chapter in my life, a beautiful baby and a wonderful husband. Since becoming a mother, I've noticed that I don't wear my engagement ring often. I wanted to create a piece of jewelry that was simple yet timeless, and is easy to wear every day. I sketched out several ideas and sent these, along with other ring inspirations, to the designer. Within a few days, I received a mockup of the proposed ring.
The designer was attentive and really understood the vision I had for the ring. While I initially had to make a few modifications due to budget constraints—especially because the diamonds increased the cost—I eventually decided on a design with three rows of all yellow gold. Each row symbolizes a member of our family: my husband, my newborn, and myself. After finalizing and approving the design, I received my product within 3 weeks, which is pretty impressive considering they had to create the mold and then make the product from scratch. I would easily describe this ring as quiet luxury, very understated yet a classic piece. I love the way the 3 rows of gold intertwine throughout the ring.
